Seeking volunteers at IYPS 2004!

International Young Professionals Summit
29 November - 3 December 2004
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Do you:

* Love meeting people from around the world?

* Want to help make a difference in your community and abroad?

* Have a few spare hours any time in the week 29 Nov - 3 Dec?

WE NEED YOU!

The International Young Professionals Summit is being held at Griffith University in Brisbane, and we need an ARMY of volunteers to make it happen!

Tasks we need volunteers to look after include:

* Registration of delegates, campus tours, and helping with queries

* Workshop facilitators - welcoming and thanking presenters, taking notes of key points in the sessions

* Setting up event infrastructure

* Writing newsletters, media releases, articles, attendee profiles, update websites

No experience necessary - just an interest in what we're doing, and a willingness to get in and help out.

Training sessions will be held on the weekend of 30-31 October 2004, at the EcoCentre, Griffith University.

If you're interested, check out http://www.iyps.org/Staff/staff_home.html for more information and a registration form.

Any questions, email me at tamaraprice@iypf.org

Look forward to meeting you there!
